Oliver was born in Hong Kong and grew up in New York, Indiana, and South Carolina. He has sensed a calling to ministry since high school and has pursued this passion through teaching and youth ministry for the past 10 years. Oliver graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a B.A. in Secondary Education in 2006. Oliver and his wife Kyra have four children: Rose, Leo, Alec, and Oliver.
TIMOTHY BAYNE

Timothy was born and raised in Greenville, SC. Since Junior High, Timothy has felt the Lord calling him to worship ministry, and for over 10 years, he has been pursuing, cultivating and serving in that very calling. Timothy graduated from the Ten Thousand Fathers Worship School in November of 2016 and currently oversees our Worship Arts Department at CITYLIGHTS as he is passionate about discipleship through the expression of music and art. Timothy is married to Emily and they have two children: Norah and Malachi.

In the summer of 2019, Julie volunteered to serve as our Interim Children's Director and has done so on a volunteer basis ever since. Both she and her husband Scott serve faithfully each and every week, displaying the love of Jesus to our children and creating spaces of true discipleship.
